The land that belongs to Istanbul City Municipality, with the model of built – operate – transfer is a work of 32000 m2 underground auto park and 6000 m2 public space and park building. Management period is 30 years. It’s the biggest built- operate – transfer model of auto park project in Turkey up to today.
