Cavit Pasha Mansion in Bagdat Street is one of the rarest Ottoman dwellings that keep its existence. However, there is no private enquiry about the mansion and up to this day, there are only a few lines of information in the sources. But the mansion historically in Ottoman Empire starting from Abdulhamid era, has important history in the subjects of; property of dignitaries, arrangement of property order during the times of opposite government, urban – social transformation and its effects on civil architecture.
Cavit Pasha and his mansion is the project of renting in return of restoration by Berkolon Real-estate for 15 years.
